Restaurant Package
Opus41 creates restaurant web presences that will engage customers
beyond simply posting of hours and menus. Competition is fierce but
your narrative assets are your advantage. Opus41 offers a web system
that will help you provoke and retain customer interest in your cusine
and venue.
The following are the components of our “restaurant package.” You can
choose all or some of them as well as ask for something special. If you
would like to see this in action, visit some of our customers, like
E-San Thai Cuisine (www.e-santhai.com).
Web Site — To begin with, we can have our graphic design team
create your site including registering a domain name. If you already
have a site, we can create a fresh new look with content that
reflects the image you would like to convey to your customers.

Menu Ordering — We will put your menu online and allow online
customers to select individual items. They can then specify options
via a pulldown menu of preselected options (choice of meat or sides
or spice level, etc.). Their order along with their name and phone
number are faxed to your location. One of your staff calls back to
confirm the order, and it is either delivered (if you have that
available) or the customer gets it for “take-out.”
This service is ideal if you have a large menu or your clientele
is not very familiar with your selections or if your business is
primarily take-out and delivery.
Chef’s Special — After picking up the day’s ingredients, you
or your chef may come up with a special for the day. Updating your
web site with this information should be as easy as updating your
white board, and you can update your site by sending an email with
the description. Quite simple.
Syndicated Content — To increase interest in your restaurant,
we have found that your web site should be
more than just a brochure. Monthly articles about your cuisine,
ingredients or even pairings of your food with wine will get your
customers to come back to your site regularly and keep you in
the front of their mind.
Of course you are business owner and a chef, not a writer. We have
agreements in place with food writers to syndicate content on many
cuisines. We can even work with you to create original content.
Newsletters — Once you have dynamic content, the next step is
to format it in a monthy electronic newsletter that is sent to your
online mailing list of customers. New customers can sign up for this
newsletter on your web site. This also allows you to send out
regular promotions and coupons.
